In the midst of mass tech layoffs, our founder, Ashly Scalise, found herself at a crossroads. After years of working in high-pressure, fast-paced roles, she realized she wanted more than just a job—she wanted to build something meaningful to help businesses grow, not just survive.
Ashly Media started as a way to combine her passion for strategy, creativity, and making a real impact. Our original headquarters in Miami, FL fueled the early days, and as we’ve grown and relocated to Raleigh, NC, that passion hasn’t wavered.
